In this workshop participants investigate fractions and the basic concepts of math by playing games and taking photos and changing shutter speed. What happens when you take a photo for 1 full second versus 1/50th of a second versus 1/4000 – does it freeze the motion or capture the motion? The artist will bring digital cameras that participants can experiment with. Participants will leave with digital photos in hand.
